These postnatal are good. Helps with lactation, postpartum hair loss, very convenient as you need only one a day. I'm on my second bottle. Both the baby and me feel well.

I dont know how many times i purchased this product. Always no issues with my breastmilk production & my energy is great!

I have been using the Prenatal Plus, Postnatal Plus, and Probiotics since 2020 when I got pregnant with my first child. I instantly felt great using them. I continued to use these vitamins in 2021 with my second pregnancy and just finished with the Prenatal Plus (9/2022) with my third pregnancy 😁. I continue to take the Postnatal and Probiotics while I'm nursing. Love these vitamins!

I recently had my first baby in January and I’m just exhausted all the time, so my mommy friend gave me the rest of her bottle of postnatal plus vitamins to try out. And let me tell you ever since I started taking these vitamins instead of my regular prenatal vitamins, Ive had a boost of overall energy. Plus my mood is even better too! Breastfeeding has really taken a toll on my body but I can already feel a difference from taking postnatal plus! The pills aren’t too big at all and easy to swallow! I highly recommend for any new postpartum or breastfeeding mommy’s!

Ingredients are in perfect combination. Tablets are really easy to swallow. This is my third order and as always I am happy with that.

I ordered this to go with my probiotics from Mama's Select. They are easy to take and seem to be doing a great job! No complaints!

I love this product! Taking the postnatal had been very helpful with lactation! I thought for sure when I went to work my supply would drop, but I have been at work for three weeks and have been consistently pumping the same amount as I would be at home!

I like the fact that these capsules include iron. I have been taking iron separately for the fact that my previous prenatals did not include them. These are also geared toward lactating mamas, not just prenatals. You also only have to take 1 capsule, 1 time per day which is awesome. I hate having to take 2 capsules multiple times per day because it’s hard to keep up with a newborn. I would definitely recommend this to other mamas. However, $22 is a bit much for only 60 capsules.

This is the 3rd postnatal I've tried so far and I am noticing results after just 4 days of use. The biggest issue I have with being a breastfeeding mother is what ALL of us have, fatigue and no energy. This has helped me with energy tremendously. It doesn't upset my stomach, make me constipated, or make me burp gross vitamin taste. You only have to take one capsule that's medium sized (not a horse pill) once a day. I recommend taking it in the morning or afternoon with a meal, I personally wouldn't take it at night just because it really seems to give me a burst of energy about an hour after taking it. Will repurchase. I finally found a brand I'm going to stick with. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Got the pills and they seem to be a good vitamin. Pill looks like it would float but it doesn't making it easier to swollow.

I’m satisfied with this product! I felt the difference after a week of taking it. I felt more energized even though I didn’t see a boost/difference in my milk production. I also love the fact that it’s easy to take (1 capsule per day) & doesn’t have any bitter after taste to it.

I have been using the postnatal plus and they have done a great job keeping my hormones in check and I am able to take better control of my emotions postpartum. The only minor issue from this product is that it makes me engorged shortly after (breastfeeding) which is ouch lol. But overall, it is a great supplement and I love the fact that it is easy to swallow along with only one capsule is needed per day. I will definitely order this product from now on. I can’t wait to try other mama’s select products.

I needed a vegetarian postnatal vitamin and this ticks the boxes plus I do feel my supply is better but I am already overproduce so I am not sure if it’s the vitamins but I think it could be.

Excellent multivitamins

I felt a difference in my energy level right away. My milk also increased a reasonable amount. It's great!

My baby was 5 days late and I had finished up my prescribed prenatal vitamins so I was in need of a good multivitamin. I found Postnatal Plus on Amazon and ultimately decided to go with it based on the positive reviews. I had my baby right in the height of cold and flu season so I needed something strong to boost my and baby’s immune system as well as help support exclusive breast feeding and lactation. Overall I have been very happy with it so far and have not needed to supplement it with anything else—like I did with my prenatal vitamins before.

I ABSOLUTELY love this brand postnatal vitamins! They're vegan and don't really have a taste to them (unlike the horse pills they prescribe you at your PCP). I'm actually on my second order because I subscribed to them. I haven't seen a significant boost in my breastmilk supply but I have an oversupply so if it was promoting my supply to increase, I wouldn't be able to tell anyhow. I HIGHLY recommend this product for all mothers!

I’ve been happy with these postnatal multivitamins, it’s hard to find folate vs. folic acid in a reasonably priced vitamin, and these have it.

I am absolutely loving this product. Not only there aren’t many postpartum vitamins, most are two or three pills per serving, which makes a 60 capsules bottle to last a month instead of two like this one. According to my research Mama’s Select is the only one with all I need for energy and milk supply in one capsule per serving. And I can even take it during the day without any problem. I usually take vitamins at night to not deal with the aftertaste. In short, great product overall! I just got my second bottle!!!

I bought the Goat's Rue per my lactation consultant's recommendation. I believe I have observed some improvement in the milk flow, and perhaps a tad bit in quantity. I will admit however, due to the nature of my job, I have not been able to keep a consistent pumping schedule to make sure I get enough pumps in during the day. Despite the lack of pumping frequency, I am maintaining the amount I am pumping daily. So I assume the Goat's Rue is having some effect on me! I will continue to take this product as long as I do not see a drop in my supply.

Good product, which has helped to up my energy levels postpartum. As a breastfeeding mum, I was looking for a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral complex and was happy when I found this particular formula. Have been using for the last 2 weeks. Recommend.

Great postnatal pill! It seems to help with my milk supply as well which is a plus. I have used naturemade in thr past and hated the fishy smell and the fact that after time 1 of the pills would leak causing them to taste awful as well. These do NOT do that and do not have a foul smell or taste at all. I highly recommend these!!

Most drs tell you to keep taking your prenatal, I didn’t realize postnatal vites were even on the market! I think the postnatal matches my bodies needs much better at this stage and I even saw an increase in breastmilk production. I haven’t had any problems with these vitamins that I can attribute to them exclusively. They’re fine for me. My only gripe is the strong smell of them.

MTHFR safe! There are many reasons I love this vitamin but my number one is because it doesn’t have folic acid. It’s almost impossible to find a vitamin without folic acid especially when dealing with any stage of pregnancy that’s affordable. This checks all the boxes and has been amazing in supporting our breastfeeding journey. Almost at a year exclusively breastfeeding!
